to raising awareness about social behaviour and healthy eating. 1.
Think yellow thoughts – when you least want to smile that’s when
you need to smile! 2. When you think you haven’t got the time – that’s when you need to
make the time. It only takes a few seconds to smile at someone or say ‘thank you’! 3. Mornings
can be stressful so take a few moments between brushing your teeth, shaving, applying make-up, to look in the mirror and make
a promise to yourself that at some time during the day you are going to do something nice for someone else. Don’t set
aside what this will be, unless you already know, and don’t start to think too much about it. 4. Remain
humble and don’t worry about receiving any credit for anything nice you have done, or thinking about doing! 5.
Don’t rush the good deed! Make sure it comes naturally because only then will it come across as genuine! This is not
about ticking boxes! 6. Never let power or authority go to your head! The good deed is to empower both the
giver and the receiver and not just the giver! 7. Make sure you smile when you are doing a good deed. Don’t
try to be macho! 8. Laugh with people, not at them! Be strong and don’t feel intimidated to join in
with the bullies! 9. Take a moment of self-reflection. Look at yourself in the mirror every night and ask
